Jeremy Kral opened up and started Southeast Retail Group in January 2016. His resume includes over 14 years of experience on project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, land sales and development of retail shopping centers. Jeremy brings an extensive background in all aspects of tenant and landlord representation, from market studies and site selection to identification of emerging market trends and effective negotiations. His vast knowledge of GIS (Geographical Information Systems) allows him to spot and map trends, being the first to act on them.

Jeremy’s brokerage activities focus on strategic, multi-market expansion planning and implementation, resulting in high-volume, profitable stores for national restaurant and retail chains. His impressive client list includes:

He prides himself on extensive knowledge of the markets in Central and North Florida and excellent working relationships with the local, regional and national developers in the state. Jeremy is a current candidate of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) curriculum and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2002.
