Don Snyder has over fifteen years’ experience managing high-end retail. He spent time working with both top retail brokerage firms as well as the largest developer on the west coast of Florida. Don has managed over twelve million square feet in assets, mostly class A retail locations as well as big box tenants. What makes Southeast Retail Group’s property management efficient is that all of the Landlords’ needs are met under one roof. The property manager works side by side with the leasing and tenant reps to ensure the asset is both well maintained, but also maintains full occupancy. Don does constant site visits to assess the centers needs, as well as to establish healthy relationships with all the tenants.
